REMINISCING....

It isn't Father's Day but when I was going over my old pictures, this photo of three generations of Ricamoras caught my heart!
with my niece, Katrina and
my Dad, Dr. Napoleon Ricamora
I know I was a Daddy's girl because I am an only girl... and I had the best Daddy in the world!

Remember I bought the "Orange Kist"gummy bear for him daily when I was still in Prep! http://inpinaystummy.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-orange-kist.html

The baby is my Junior, Katrina who now has a baby herself, partly named after me...

She is also the lady in the Sci-Fi Wedding Reception. http://inpinaysfootsteps.blogspot.com/2011/10/sci-fi-themed-wedding-reception-in-cebu.html

I remember how relaxed we were... how happy just trying to fit into this rocking chair... and just hug!

  2. Cute naman. I remeber that our lola has rattan rocking chair too. I always got dizzy riding in this one. My sister has a "mini" version of this too when she was around 5 or 6.

  10. Seeing this, I missed my Tatay. He is with God already and I know he is watching over us always. I just wish he saw my son.

  11. Lovely! What year was this, Ms. Pinay? What caught my eye was your outfit - it's exactly the same as what girls still wear now. :-)

  12. Pictures like these make me think about how simple times before were. Now, things are complicated and the world now is a bit anxiety-inducing. :-)
