C.M.Z. LOVE YOUR BREASTS POST 7

My seventh LOVE YOUR BREASTS post is the Zamboanga City landmark...Mount Pulongbato, which they say is an intrusion type of volcano, forming a magma dome (on the readers left). 
Compared to the rest of the mountains in Zamboanga, Mount Pulongbato is made up of solid rock. 

The other mountain is Barangay Muruk in Pasonanca where runners and bikers now frequently go to for their adventure runs.

Did you have any idea that this was a volcano?

My friend, Irene, had an Ultrasound to see the life inside of her! Then, she gave me these pink "gummy hearts", so timely for the Valentine season!

I would like to share some trivia on the CMZ Breast Wellness Center. 

This program was proposed by Dr. Marissa Lim, breast advocate. She participated with an OCIL (Online Collaborative Interactive Learning) under Dr. Reynaldo Joson, presently, CMZ's consultant, mentor and friend. The Program was recommended by the CMZ Medical Director (2012-2014), Dr. Filipinas Rojo to the management team. Dr. Joven Monsanto as President of CMZ, in turn, presented the Program to the CMZ Board of Directors who approved of the program last February 2012.

My second LOVE YOUR  BREAST post was inspired while I was at the Mactan Shangrila, and these are seen as chandeliers and also as wall art! 

Do you know what these round things are?

You guessed it right!
It is the sea urchin shell minus all the spikes!

I remember in Grade School, I had to report on sea urchins and they belong to Phylum Echinodermata!

Of course, in High School, many of our friends were "spiked" by these sea urchins in the beaches of Mactan Island in Cebu!
And as advised then, one needed to pee on the spikes as treatment! (Any comments?)

So much for sea urchins... since I was fixated on our B.R.A. Campaign, the sea urchins now look like breasts!

I am really busy these days with the Ciudad Medical Zamboanga B.R.A. (Bra to Raise Awareness) Campaign, and now I realize, I am now a bit fixated with my own project.
