For us, this picture may be ironic... fully-clothed and half-naked!
Malaysian ladies generally are still very conservative that they go to the beach all donned up. Even their swimsuits are like scuba suits, long sleeves and with leggings down to the ankles!
It was a cool day, the sun was hidden behind the clouds and the waves were quite visible!
The guy continued to enjoy Parasailing.
Definitely, this is not a scene in our beaches...
